Return & Refund Policy

Returns

After purchase, you have up to 14 days in which to return your order. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we will not be able to refund your order, either in full or partial.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be packed in their original packaging and in the same, unused condition in which they were received. If the article is returned unopened and in original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original payment method excluding any shipping charges.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include personalised goods such as notes being added into Greetings Cards.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned article, it will then be inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether the return has been accepted or rejected.

If approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 7 days. If you have paid for additional shipping upgrades, they will also be refunded to your account.

There are some situations where only a partial refund may be offered. This includes any items which is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@amiehowardart.com

Sale Items

Only our regular priced items may be refunded. We do not offer refunds for final sale items, unless they are defective.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at: hello@amiehowardart.com

Shipping

To return your product, please email us for the return shipping address at: hello@amiehowardart.com. When emailing, please also let us know the reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s), unless the item(s) is defective. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. When shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
